Fixed fees

We use fixed fees for the majority of the work we complete.  This ensures you have peace of mind knowing how much to budget for and there are no ‘surprise invoices’. 

Our fixed fees also include unlimited email and telephone support, as rather than charge you per phone call or email, we encourage you to discuss with us any queries you have without worrying how much ‘extra’ it’s going to cost you.  This way we believe that we can help you and your business sooner to make better decisions which may have a huge impact on your business, and also assist us when finalising your year-end accounts and tax returns. 


Tailored pricing

Your business is unique, and therefore so is the fee that we will charge you.  We discuss with you the services that you and your business require (from our menu of services), over the coming twelve-month period.  (This can be altered during the period.) We then agree a fee proposal to cover that work and spread the cost equally over the same twelve-month period.   Monthly bills are then raised on Xero (yes we use it too!), and are payable inline with our usual terms.  We encourage payment by direct debit via Go Cardless to ensure there are no breaks in our services due to late payments. 

Our proposals are reviewed at least annually to ensure that you are still receiving the services you require.  Any additional services or one-off work requests that arise during the twelve-month period can be added onto the proposal, again with the fee agreed in advance.

Whilst we may not be the ‘cheapest’ accountant in town, we believe that a great personal service is well worth investing in.  We believe in devoting enough time to our clients on an individual level, and not just treat them as a number in the system.  Our fees are calculated on a number of factors including the number of services you require, the frequency of these services, how much input you will require from us, and the volume of monthly transactions (if applicable). 

Some sample monthly prices are shown below (assuming average accounting records and net of VAT) :

Sole Traders

Turnover of £20k.

Using Dext to photo capture expenses – Tax Return and Dext App – £45.

Turnover of £60k.

Annual Accounts, Partnership Tax Return and a maximum of two Personal Tax Returns – £80, plus an additional £45 for standard Xero and Dext software.

Limited Companies

Turnover of £100k.

Fixed monthly payroll for two directors, quarterly vat return review and submission, provision of Xero and Dext software, monthly bank reconciliations and Dext invoice processing of up to 50 transactions per month, annual confirmation statement – £352.
